About Warriors Rising Sun Dojo |

As from the year 2008 it was years of reasonable sacrifices, some disappointment, many challenges and also of much joy for students, senseis and parents alike. If we reflect upon the several mileposts achieved there can be no doubt about Warriors Rising Sun place in South Africa karate, and we as a Dojo are a definite factor in SASKA as well as in SAUKF. As a Dojo we were represented at WUKF, WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS UKRAINE. We are entering 2011 with 5 SA CHAMPIONS in both SASKA AND SAUKF AND WJKA. We look forward to this year's all styles "Eagle Challenge" as well as "Pieter Viljoen challenge" in Gauteng as well as several other competitions, of course our own will be held as well as SASKA AND SAUKF NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. New challenges we look forward to are the "Kosh all styles challenge" to be held at Potch university and selection of a WARRIORS INVITATION TEAM FOR A PLANNED TOUR TO NAMIBIA IN 2012. "COMMITMENT" AND DEDICATION FROM YOU AS KARATEKAS, LOYALTY AND SUPPORT FROM KARATEKA PARENTS AND SENSEIS WILL ENSURE THAT OUR STUDENTS AND ALSO WARRIORS RISING SUN DOJO WIL GROW IN STRENGHT AND POTENTIAL AND BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ART AND SPORT OF KARATE. ALWAYS REMEBER * If you persist, you will achieve success (Remember, it is not the 100 blows to the rock with a hammer that might not even crack it, but perhaps the 101st blow to the rock will split it wide open. Success is often just around the corner - don't give up!) * Believe in yourself look up to God, respect and believe in Him and your fellow man, and you will be successful. Success is different things to different people!! But success and personal satisfaction and achievement are measured by the way you perceive yourself in your universe. * Respect others, and they will respect you!! * It is not a right to live and participate in sport - it is a very real privilege.
